The camera is looking North East on US-1 in the direction of dontown Miami. It is located on the 18th floor of an office biulding in Kendall, Florida. 
The train you see going by is the Metro-Rail system, Miami's answer to mass transit. 
If you watch long enough you will see a flock of wild parrots flying around the window. They are usually there about mid-day local time.
